The best thing I did for myself in 2021 was to hire Jane as my personal trainer. During the last year I turned 70 and was recovering from major colon surgery. I had lost muscle, stamina and physical strength from three separate hospitalizations. When Covid struck I stopped swimming at the Wellness Center. I knew I needed to move more, but I wasn’t sure how to get that done. Then I started working out with Jane last Fall. She comes to my house. We use both her equipment and mine. She made me a useful chart to log my workouts, and she is very reasonably priced. It’s all good! Not only do I feel better, but I can clearly see that I am making regular progress. Thank you, Jane!

I am delighted to have found a personal trainer as skilled as Jane. She is creative, encouraging and responsive to questions. Along with her easy-going manner she remains focused and attentive, noting and correcting misalignments when needed. She went the extra mile to research therapeutic exercises to address an injury I have. She is helping me rehab and still giving me a good workout. I look forward to our sessions every week.

I was looking for a trainer who would understand the constraints of an older body (I’m 68), and who would incrementally adjust the workouts as I improve. Jane’s way is the best way and I’m proof it works. I’ve lost 30 pounds and gained an amazing personal trainer. Jane is an awesome answer of prayer for me. I recently was told I have scoliosis   and was in a lot of pain. Then a friend recommended Jane to me.  She has taught me how to strengthen my core with exercises suited for me and my particular condition. I have scoliosis and my scoliosis surgeon at Baylor Scoliosis Center recommended a personal trainer who could design a core strengthening routine to help keep my scoliosis in check and to help fight off the threat of surgery. Jane Hamann is that personal trainer.  Jane has been my personal trainer for the last 14 months. I am 59 years old and not only has my core strength improved, but my pain level has diminished significantly. As an added benefit I have lost 15 lbs and 12 inches over my entire body.  Not being a big fan of exercising, working with Jane has made it so much easier and enjoyable that I don’t mind working out.  Jane comes to my home twice a week to work one-on-one with me.  She takes care in making sure the program is right for me, and I am comfortable with the exercises before progressing to the next level.  She is genuinely concerned about my health and well-being. Recently, my 60 year old husband has started working with Jane and he is also seeing improvement in his health and weight.  Anyone seeking to improve general strength and stamina levels and lose weight would benefit from Jane’s expertise!

When I was cleared to exercise after having weight-loss surgery, I hired Jane Hamann as my personal trainer. I wanted someone to work with me to develop the best exercise routine for me; one that would give me the results that I wanted without jeopardizing my health. A year later the results have been amazing!  I have kept my weight down, and love the shape my body is in. Jane is tough yet encouraging. She cares about her clients and makes me very comfortable while working out.
