With my customized one-on-one training programs, I bring the gym to you, and work with you in the comfort, convenience and privacy of your own home. You will get a program tailored specifically for you that will help you reach your goals.

  • Virtual Training

    Do you need to be local to train with me? Not at all! I offer my personal training services virtually. Whether it be via Zoom, FaceTime, or Skype you will get the same attention and personalized program if we were meeting face to face. With personalized videos and workouts geared specifically for your needs, you will reach your goals, whatever they may be.

  • Thriving Beyond Cancer

    Whether you have been recently diagnosed with cancer, are in the middle of treatment, or have finished treatment, maintaining a level of health and fitness will be important to your continued physical and psychological well-being. As a recent breast cancer survivor, I know the range of difficulties someone can face when trying to stay active during and after treatment. We will work together to design a program that is specific to your type of cancer and the challenges you face. It will help you regain and/or improve your physical strength & flexibility, address pain and fatigue, and prevent/manage lymphedema.

  • Small Group/Partner Training

    Have a friend or two that you like to work out with? This program is a great opportunity to workout with people who have similar fitness goals. This program is for every level of fitness. You will have your partner to cheer you on or egg you on... nothing like a little competition between between buddies. VERY BUDGET FRIENDLY!!!
